Yes! All our t-shirts are proudly printed and shipped from India.

You can reach us anytime at support@lowbattery.club. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on business days.

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Currently, we only ship within India — but stay tuned, we’re expanding soon!

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to your registered email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us immediately at support@lowbattery.club with your order ID. Once shipped, we can’t make any changes.

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and your order ID.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive and verify the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll need to share your bank details along with your order ID at support@lowbattery.club — the refund will be processed directly to your bank account.

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If the item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

No — all payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateways. We don’t store or have access to your card details.

We only use your information to process orders, ship products, and keep you updated. We never sell your data.

Yes, we follow industry-standard practices to keep your data secure and confidential.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets via secure payment partners.

Sometimes payments take a few minutes to confirm. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within an hour, contact us with your payment screenshot and we’ll help out.
