1. Eligibility

2. Ordering & Payments

• Accepted Payment Methods: Online payments via Razorpay (including UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed or verified for COD.
• Failed Payments: In case of payment failure, no order will be processed.
• Security: Razorpay ensures secure, encrypted payment transactions. We do not store your payment details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver across India.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.
• Delays may occur due to courier service issues, holidays, or unforeseen events.

• Refunds are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with video proof to qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• For COD orders, replacements are issued.
• Returns are not accepted for “change of mind” or incorrect size selections.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, and website content are owned by Low Battery Club. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details during checkout.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Low Battery Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from website use or order processing, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.

Prices are subject to change based on printing costs and other operational factors. You will be notified of any price difference before order approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
